Tina helped us buy our home from afar. We were still in Louisiana and despite being more than a thousand miles away, Tina was responsive and helpful when many other agents we contacted just weren’t. We were glad to have met and worked with her and will definitely refer anyone to her. While it may not seem like agents are needed in the beginning, I can assure you they earn their keep when it comes time to close. Tina had to wrangle in some issues with our title company and made sure our closing was on time and smooth as possible. It took 20 mins to close on our house! She is amazing! Buying and selling your home is one of the most personal and emotionally taxing things you do. It can be an incredibly stressful experience with all the showings, negotiations, appointments, etc. I have bought and sold homes in my life, but I didn’t appreciate how important having the right agent is until recently. An agent is someone who represents you and advocates for your best interests. We were so fortunate to find such an agent in Tina. She is such a knowledgeable, hardworking, caring professional. Throughout the entire process of our selling and buying our home I’ve constantly thought to myself ‘we’re in such good hands.’ Whenever we needed to reach her she was ready and available, and if she happened to be tied up, she would always respond in a timely manner. Her communication skills are bar none! She always went out of her way to make happen whatever adjustments and changes that were needed. The reason I felt compelled to write such a gushy review was because during some very stressful moments of our months long process, I have felt the constancy of her care, patience, and calm professionalism. You can get a sense of someone’s disposition when under stress. Anyone can show you houses and be transactional. Tina is not only a competent real estate professional, she is just a good person. I would not hesitate one bit recommending her to be your next agent to help you buy and sell your home.

Tina was amazing. She made our move from Utah and into our new house amazing. Tuna kept us up to date through each phase of our buying process. Tina even went out of her way to go to our house inspections. We loved her.

Tina is phenomenal! We started our search with preexisting houses and just hadn’t found “the one” in our price point so we turned our attention to new builds. I had previously been told that an agent wasn’t needed in the process of building a new house and I wholeheartedly disagree. Having Tina’s expertise made this process simple and fantastic. Anytime a potential problem arose, Tina was on top of it! We had a little confusion with which lot we were purchasing and the builders kept listing the wrong lot number, Tina made sure all of it was taken care of we never had to worry about it. She is professional and personable. Her response time to texts and calls is amazing. She always made us feel like we were a priority. Buying a home is a huge decision but choosing Tina as our agent made it seem like the easiest thing we’ve ever done. She will always be my recommendation to anyone looking for real estate!

We were first time homebuyers, and Tina went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was a positive one. We contacted her months before we were actually planning on buying, and she respected our timeline, and was not pushy. Tina demonstrated this kind of thoughtfulness throughout our real estate journey. She personally contacted contractors on our behalf in preparation for negotiations, and even after closing, continued to work with the contractors to perform work on our house. Her technical skills are also top notch. She negotiated a few extras for us before closing, and routinely offered valuable local insight. We would highly recommend working with Tina on your next real estate transaction.

Tina was an awesome realtor who prepared a fantastic listing with great photos and video tour to get us top dollar for our home! We were under contract within 24 hours of listing our home for sale. Tina was very responsive arranging showings and working with local companies to resolve necessary home inspection repairs. We relocated from another state and found Tina through USAA. From the start Tina was proactive in our pursuit. Tina hit the ground running and was relentless in helping us find the right home. This took about 6 months looking at many houses - too many to count and she never lost her patience; even when we were getting nervous about the sellers market and low inventory and flip flopped on what we looked for, Tina kept us on track. She helped negotiate the sellers to pay to fix some items on the home inspection report. Tina saved us many headaches by providing us the names and phone numbers to set up all our utilities as well as getting us references for paint and carpet contractors. I would definitely recommend Tina for all your real estate needs.

If I could give Tina 6 stars, I would. Coming from out of state for a new job, I was skeptical at first regarding response time, expertise of the market, and how Tina would handle our situation. Her response time for even the smallest of our inquiries was instantaneous. She helped negotiate everything, from a home warranty, to a pool table. Her knowledge of the local market was second to none. She worked diligently and in a timely manner to get us the house we really wanted at a reasonable price point. If you are coming from out of state, or need an agent to handle the smallest of concerns, Tina is for you.

Tina was wonderful to work with both when buying our home and selling it a few years later. She was knowledgeable of the area and neighborhoods and was willing to show us many homes during our short visit to the area. When we needed to sell our home three years after we bought, she had great suggestions for staging/decluttering. As a military spouse, it was wonderful working with someone who understood our needs as a military family.

Tina as amazing through the entire Home buying process. We purchased from afar and she was accommodating to our schedule. She acted for us when we were unable to be present. She advised us on the area. She also went out of her way on multiple occasions to help with things after the home was closed and the seller was leasing back from us. We would recommend Tina for buying and selling to anyone! If we have to sell in the future, we will contact Tina to assist us.

We had total confidence in Tina as our real estate agent. She was focused on our needs and provided us with excellent service.
She answered questions before I even asked/ thought of them. She was very knowledgeable. She was patient with us and also took the initiative to share her local knowledge with us.
She was easy to talk to, not intimidating as some agents can be. Tina is organized, sharp, and shows up on time for appointments. She guided us step by step and walked us through the entire process.
The most important to me was she was accessible. She always made sure our calls, emails and texts were returned within a reasonable amount of time.
I always recommend Tina to new people in the area because I know she will provide them with the same experience.
